SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, July 29, 2013 - Berry Aviation, Inc. (BAI) announced today that it has been awarded a task order from the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) to provide airlift support for U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) operations throughout Western and Central Africa.
The USTRANSCOM fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Trans-Sahara short take-off and landing (STOL) services is valued at approximately $49 million, including the base period and three one-year option periods.
Under the contract, BAI provides two-fixed wing aircraft, personnel, equipment, tools, material, maintenance and supervision necessary to perform casualty evacuation, personnel airlift, cargo airlift, as well as personnel and cargo aerial delivery services throughout the Trans-Sahara of Africa.

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, August 23, 2016 - Berry Aviation, Inc., a provider of specialized airlift solutions and other aviation services, announced today that it has been awarded a government contract to provide fixed wing air transportation in support of U.S. Military efforts in Afghanistan. Under this contract—valued at $161 million over five years if all option periods are exercised—Berry Aviation will provide airlift transportation for passengers, cargo, and aero-medical evacuation patients in support of U.S. Special Operations Command’s involvement in the region.
